Premisut Spon is an Absorbable Hemostatic Gelatin Sponge, porcin origin and is a quick and effective hemostatic which stops bleeding fast. It reduces intra operative bleeding and surgery time. Premisut Spon is non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-immunogenic, and non- pyrogenic. Premisut Spon is already gamma-sterilized, and thus does not need to be resterilized. It is available in a variety of sizes and formats. Premisut Spon absorbes approximately 40-50 times its weight and is being completely absorbed between 3-4 weeks.
